Kristina Virro is a Registered Psychotherapist and Holistic Nutritionist who is dedicated to helping people feel less stuck in life and reducing stigma overall. She honours this mission through providing psychotherapy and nutritional counselling at her wellness clinic, Fresh Insight, which offers support for people of all ages and backgrounds.
