54. How To Make Decisions In Your Fertility Treatment Process
This episode is all about making hard decisions and really getting to the bottom of why these decisions are so hard to make.
How do you react when you have a decision to make?
Do you voraciously search for data and info to try to create the feeling of knowing that you can make the “right decision”?
Do you ask everyone and their aunt’s sister’s cousin for advice, even though these people can’t possibly make the decision for you?
Do you numb out and avoid making the decision altogether?
If so, what can we do about it?

- Its not about the data or evidence or anything else outside of yourself. Its all about how you want to think and feel about it.
- It ultimately comes down to what you think you’re up for
- Don’t expect to feel good ro comfortable about making the decision. These situations often come with a tremendous amount of discomfort.
