On this episode, I’m talking with Amira Posner, a therapist and social worker, with an exclusive focus in the area of fertility and infertility challenges.
Amira and I have known each other professionally for years and I refer local patients to her all the time. They always have good feedback about her programs and offerings.
Today we talk about:
Her Mindbody Fertility Group
What type of techniques she recommends to her clients for mental health support and resilience.
Her own journey with secondary infertility and IVF
Stress and how it relates to fertility
Relating to your partner when going through fertility challenges
And so much more.
About Amira

She works with individuals and couples who are struggling with infertility. Amira developed and now facilitates the Mind-Body Fertility Group and co-facilitates the Online Mindfulness Fertility Series.

Workers (OCSWSSW). Amira is a certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki practitioner. Amira is also the mother of three miracles. She supports couples worldwide.
